At Joyeria Eclipse, each piece is carefully crafted and selected with intention. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are considered final.

However, we offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure you love your piece.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Custom Pieces

All custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx
  • Please retain your tracking information for reference

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
